The ONLY information that will affect an artist’s selection for participation is the quality of their art. All other collected information is for identification or administrative purposes only.

Please read through the full form below and the EVENT INFORMATION page before uploading your work. Artists must name all image files properly as detailed below.

PLEASE NOTE: This application is for visual artists applying to have their work exhibited in the DANDYLAND EXXXPO EXHIBITION ONLY. There is no application necessary to reserve a vendor table at the recurring DANDYLAND Art & Gift Market happening the same weekend. Contact us HERE for info about table reservations.

Printing of Digital Works

Will you potentially need DANDYLAND.ART to print your digital work for IN-PERSON display? This is a service provided as a convenience (fees apply). Artists may submit their own prints of digital work via mail or drop-off. Checking the box implies no obligation, and does not affect eligibility.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting work for consideration, you agree that: • ARTIST will continue to maintain full rights to all images and pieces submitted or accepted to the EXXXPO. DANDYLAND.ART has no power of authority in how any image or art piece is used by the ARTIST in any context outside the EXXXPO. • ARTIST has full power to grant publishing and display rights to DANDYLAND.ART for all submitted images and pieces. Any images or pieces commissioned by, or created under contract with, a third party should not be submitted, unless digital and physical publishing rights may be legally granted to DANDYLAND.ART by the ARTIST. • DANDYLAND.ART is being granted permission by the ARTIST to publish any submitted images, online or in print, as related to any and all MARKETING regarding any EXXXPO event now and in the future. • DANDYLAND.ART is being granted permission by the ARTIST to crop or censor submitted images when reproduced for the purpose of MARKETING the event. • DANDYLAND.ART is being granted permission by the ARTIST to publish any submitted images or photographs of participating pieces in publications (eg. ART CATALOG) related to any EXXXPO event now and in the future. • ARTIST agrees that any submitted UNFINISHED works will be fully completed to the quality level of their existing portfolio, and final iterations will be submitted according to the standard EXXXPO timeline (RECEIVED BY APRIL 15TH), unless otherwise negotiated.
